Primarily a youth team (under 25 years) - are holding a dance workshop from 3-6pm with the intention of showcasing dances learnt at the evening barn dance 8pm - 11pm (but also with the possibility of being part of the 'Dinosaurs Not Allowed' event, Weymouth, 8 Sept 2012)
Dancers and instrumentalists are invited to attend Workshop free, if attending Barn Dance Dance £8 to include supper (specially arranged discount for students £4 to cover cost of food)

Calling young dancers aged 16 -25yrs from any dance background. The Great Caper has been commissioned to create a new Cotswold Morris style dance to be performed on the evening of Friday 7th September 2012 in the ICCI 360 Dome in Weymouth, as part of “…an hop about like fleas!” a Cultural Olympiad concert. Practices will start in the New Year. Practice venue and dates tbc. Dancers should be based in the South West, with priority being given to Dorset based dancers.
